Aprova Fácil » Fees

Aprova Fácil charges by the quantity of automated transactions processed.

Please view below a summarized description of an automated transaction.

  • A transaction initiates when the Merchant's computer communicates with Aprova Fácil, for example when the Merchant's client is buying a product on the Merchant's Virtual Store (E-commerce) or a Telemarketing Operator is processing a request on a computer connected to the internet (Telemarketing sales).
  • Once Aprova Fácil has been asked to send the request, it will do so securely and utilizing cryptography till it reaches the server structure of the credit card issuers. The structure that allows this is composed of 35 servers, 7 internet links and three X25 links with full back up, guaranteeing the safe delivery of this information.
  • Credit card issuers will contact the bank and give a return on the transactions processed by themselves to Aprova Fácil. This will then be sent forth to the computer that requested the automation.
  • Conclusion: At the end of this process 01 (one) transaction will be counted.

Observation 1: The automation path of Aprova Facil described above may vary in accordance with the connectivity technology enabled between the Merchant and the issuer. A daily Aprova Facil log is available so that the Merchant can follow the whole process of automation.

Observation 2: The go ahead (authorization) for the financial transaction is given by the card issuing bank and the bank acquirer. They are responsible for crediting the appropriate amount to the Merchant's account (payment settlement).
